It’s always great listening to Jacqui read, and she always selects such great books as well.  After reading – usually at least two books – Jacqui takes some time to chat and catch up with Roo.

Aydenn’s reading skills are just getting better by the day!  She always selects at the very least 3 or 4 different books to read to Roo.  Roo thinks her storytelling is just awesome, and always enjoys meeting up with Aydenn and her family when they visit the library.

Hope to see you again soon Sajge!

TJ’s portrait of Roo.

TJ is one of those amazingly talented yet very humble young men who have remarkable futures ahead of them – he attends Edgewater College and is in Year 10 and is always a smiling and cheerful presence here at the library.

With only some photocopy paper, kids colouring pencils, and a spare 30 minutes, he whipped up this astounding portrait of Roo.

Thanks for this beautiful treasure TJ – it’s amazing.

Aydenn came specially to read to Roo.

Posted on

Aydenn finally managed to come and read to Roo, and Roo thought this was pretty wonderful.  She has also signed up for Roo’s Reading Challenge, and is doing really well.  Roo also found out that Aydenn has two little dogs at home – but apparently they are not so good at listening to stories as Roo is.

Roo is really looking forward to listening to your read again soon Aydenn.
