Jacqui is being really conscientious in selecting books that Roo might really enjoy listening to! She is also ensuring that he can see all the pictures (as well as any lift-the-flap features) in the colourful storybook.
Roo always gets some nice pats and attention when Marisha drops by to read him a story. He really enjoys it when she reads and selects nice stories for him to listen to.
Willie turned up at the library especially to read to Roo after school.
Willie is a fantastic reader, and Roo really enjoys his selection of stories and kind, gentle manners.
Raymond also had a chat, some pats and read Roo another great story.
Roo did some work in the weekend – promoting GAP www.greyhoundsaspets.co.nz at the Clevedon A & P show. He had a great time and met a wide variety of dogs, people and animals – including an alpaca and some goats!
Here Roo is taking a break with his friend Lily. It was very tiring work being admired and patted by everyone!
Thanks for the photo GAP!
Jacqui read a great book to Roo, and then spent some time cuddling him and stroking his very soft fur.
Jacqui’s Mum was really suprised when she was told about a reading dog in the library by her daugher, and couldn’t believe her eyes! Jacqui and Roo make a great reading pair, and they really enjoyed each other’s company.
